I think that LaFell will be no worse than the 4th best receiver in next year's class (Benn, Bryant, Damian Williams), so he should be a first rounder for sure. There were six in this year's draft, and Kenny Britt was definitely not an amazing prospect. I wonder if LaFell could have been a first rounder this year as well.

There were 0 in the first round last year so it depends on whether or not teams feel they need WRs.

I think Lafell will be a better prospect than Williams though.

In sum, Jones owns Mays and will be the first safety off the board if he comes out early.

In sum--no.

Detroit trades first pick? Yeah good luck trading the first overall pick these days with the current salaries. And Tebow to the Redskins? I guess I wouldn't really put it past Snyder... but damn.

The draft is still garbage, but I think they are instating a rookie salary cap next year.

if Cody comes in at 325-350 he may be first rounder. I think Mclain should be a top15 selection but Arenas will only go in the first round if someone is looking for a great returner. At 5'9" he is not a first round cb.
