Clemson acts like they're ND. (self important in CFB)

When in reality, they are like ND in every way except minus the titles, national fanbase, media, and tradition. Oh, and minus the CASH.

Have you ever heard the LSU fans? They think they should be mentioned in the same breath as Bama, minus the national titles.

this is true too, but at least we're pretty relevant most years on the national scene. Clemson doesn't understand that nobody pays attention to them outside of Clemson and South Carolina.

Historically we shouldn't be mentioned w/ bama. But, in the last decade we've played for 3 NC and are 2-1. Bama is 2-0 and will be 3-0 in my opinion. That's comparable.

Exactly. 10 yrs of success and they think they are on the same level as a team that has had pretty much had 50 years of success.

Well, both teams won their last titles in the 80s, so they have that in common.

Are we talking REAL national titles or the made up ones? Most of them are made up.

Won't really matter in a few years, once the playoffs get going, cause there should be an asterisk next to all of the previous national champs (including LSU's) saying was won before era of playoffs.

Who fricking cares about MNCs? It's a matter of who can buy off voters and corrupt a broken system. Lsu has won 4 sec titles since 2001, that's 2 more than bama.

Dude come on...
Contrary to popular myth, Alafrickingshama is NOT the 'all-time' greatest football program. In fact they are only 5th or 6th in all-time NCAA victories, if that.
Did you know that LSU is only a few wins behind Georgia for #11 all-time in number of CFB victories? We are also #8 in bowl appearances and #9 all-time in bowl victories !!!! We aren't THAT far behind Alashama.....

...all BS aside, they are damn close. I hate it as much as any of you, but it is what it is.

I'm sure we could go back into the college football annals, and with a little creativity, emerge with a few more NC's. Works for the gumps!

More like the Syracuse of the South than ND.
