I’ve asked it in a few other posts and haven’t gotten a reply. I’ll ask it again- what prevents Joe (or any other draftees) from pulling an Eli Manning or John Elway when they get drafted?

What if he goes to Washington, and Haskins has to play backup to him.??

Hopefully he goes somewhere that continues to develop him, leading him to do great in the league. Guess we will see.
