I bet Saban told him that.

Tony Brown won some titles, but he wasn't developed well and had issues outside of football.

If LSU goes 8-5 this year, what will your thoughts be? Will you want O to get another year? If so, what’s the tipping point for firing him or keeping him following 2019?

All of landry’s Information is coming from Bama/Saban.

I posted earlier. He goes all the way back to the Saban Brown’s days in the early 90’s.

It is baffling that Orgeron still has such blind support from some in this fan base. It is also shocking that those fans choose to ignore the multiple levels of incompetency and host of issues that have transpired since he was hired as the full-time head coach. Everything that has happened over the last year is not normal for a supposedly premier college football program. Any outrage is entirely warranted.

he also went to LSU and lives in Baton Rouge. I don't think he has a vendetta against the program. in fact i think he hopes for the best but points out negatives when he seems them.

Given that Aranda has strong roots in Wisconsin and a known desire to someday be an NFL coach, does it have to feed into these guys narratives that the reason for Aranda possibly leaving is simply because Orgeron is a poor HC??

As for Surtain, screw him...and Raymond if he's looking to jump ship - I'll believe that when I see it, and if so....so long, MFer....he can be replaced too.

Chris Landry is doing nothing to help LSU's cause with the blabber....nothing.

i think he wanted the packers job no matter who our hc is. i think it's intriguing though that he is interested in also being our head coach. we've always heard he was content as a coordinator. aranda as a head coach at LSU is something that could unite the fanbase.

I think we lost 5 games that season

That game was just us trying to play spoiler against a team we hate (who was also having a down year), kind of like in 2008.

This year's team will be a lot like 2014, but just a little bit worse, IMO.

That would've worked also but you have to admit our kickers sucked big time. I've said it before and will say it again, will take a 1 pt. win against everyone on our schedule.

still on o. He had a whole season watching those guys kick and didnt try to go after another. It wasnt until part way through last season he decides, hey, we dont have a kicker.

He has no vision, and even if he did, hasnt followed through on any of the bullshite he said when he got the job.

We did, but only 2 before bama. LSU also lost 13 players to the NFL that season. No one made excuses for Les. He was eventually fired.

And you know this how? He could have been scouting kickers all along.

Also how do you know the kickers don’t drill the kicks in practice abd just choke in the game? He was somehow supposed to see the future?

This is what I’m talking about when I say you people stretch the truth and make shite up to fill in the gaps.
