It's going to be nice. And loud.

eta: this hasn't nothing to do with which QB one favors playing, or anything to do with the merits or lack thereof of a 2 QB system.

There will still be boos. We have several shitty people who show up to the games.

Cheering when JJ comes into the game will happen...at LSU's next road game.

I'm thinking many fans who are displeased with what happened are going to purposely drown out any lingering boo-birds; sort of the silent majority coming to life.

This is a Tiger-Fan sportmanship issue, not a JL vs JJ / Les Miles issue.

FWIW... I was cheering when he came in the first time. I'm sure I wasn't the only one. I stopped cheering from 'shock' once I heard the boos. g/f had no clue what was going on because I was cheering while others were booing.

It would be great to hear the majority of fans cheer for him. It was really a dumbass minority that were booing on Saturday.

No one around me was booing. It was really mostly the student section...considering where it was coming from, it didn't surprise me

His first game back is over. It would be nice if no-one cheered when either QB comes back in the game... we don't cheer for Ford or Ware do we? How about when TM7 comes in?

I also think the real fans should beat the shite out of the booers. That would send a message.

Last Saturday, when JJ entered the game he was singled out to be booed by some in the stands. There are a few other threads about this.

Now, they may have been booing JJ, or they may have been booing Miles decision to play JJ, but irregardless*, it came across that he, an individual player, was being booed for participating in the game. Hence, I suspect many will cheer JJ as a means of showing their disagreement with those who booed him, and their distaste for booing one's own team / player.

However, cheering JJ does not mean one can't / shouldn't cheer the whole team. They're not mutally exclusive.

* j/k.
