Should be serviceable by the Texas game.

I hope so. Man, I'd love to hang 50 on Herman and keep his offense in single digits.

Then 5 weeks to polish it before the Florida game.

Yea, it's payback time then. Hopefully they'll be a fine tuned machine by Fla.

You do realize that a football game is won in the trenches right????? You can say all you want about Joe, BUT if the o-line does not do its job ALL your talk means NOTHING............. You may have coached, but you don't know shite about the game..........

if they're running their offense efficiently and crisply that the OL won't matter and that he scoffed at the idea of going max protect.
Good info. If Burrow and the WRs are in sync enough to get most of the passes thrown within 1.5 to 2 seconds, this O-Line should be all the LSU passing game needs.

And the schedule lines up well for LSU. Texas is the perfect tough OOC early-season matchup. With the exception of their 5-Star safety, there is next to zero experience in the Texas pass defense (DBs)

While this is true...... That doesn't mean they can't stop LSU'S WR's.... You make it sound so easy... But its not.......

I wanna see that fricker cry again and in prime time on ABC for the world to see.

Even though I wanted Herman as the coach, I don't want a crying pussy on my sideline and I hope Coach O breaks a foot off in his arse.

You got this, Peej. You and Ben have one thing in common for sure. Y'all are both stubborn, passionate bastards that I won't be counting out any time soon.

This is what I can't understand about last year. We all know Ensminger is a good coach. Why the hell did we not use some of this to help the O-line sooner? It wasn't until the opening drive of the Rice game that we saw them goto the short passing game. I literally jumped off my couch and yelled "FINALLY" at the TV.

At the time, Peej the idea of what Herman had shown offensively and the likelihood that Aranda would have stayed was making me salivate.

I understand this... However... You have to have the complete package to be a good coach in college football... Herman made some strides last year.. And he may become a great coach, But IMO from what Ive seen,,, Id rather have O.......

I will tell u the same thing I tell Ben about this. You don't ever have to apologize about this, especially not to me. I'm 44 and I'm lucky enough to be able to get up this early to workout then go run up and down Perkins Rd for an hour. You guys that are struggling can vent to me all day, every day.

I'd guess 250+ passing yards against Texas and around a 70% completion rate.

I'll take it.

So basically, our offensive coaching staff was incompetent until we hired one guy who could teach Orgeron and staff modern football concepts.
