An O-Line blocking for 1.5 second wins about 100% more than an O-Line holding a block for 2.5 seconds (wins = QB gets the ball away safely).

Easiest way to VASTLY improve O-Line play? Get rid of the ball!

Not intended for HOF football geniuses like yourself, saint.

I've played the game and coached a little. I've never seen this presented as clearly as this chart does. (but that's just me)

LSU will need to put some guys in motion so the defense can't jam them up at the line as easy. Anyway, thanks for this. What on earth are you dudes up this late on TD for? LOL JK, I'm a night owl myself. It's peaceful and quiet at night/early morning. I know, TMI.

A little tougher to jam receivers at 3 & 4-wide - particularly when the RPO must also be defended. But some motion could help from time to time.

True. I'd imagine most teams will play a tight zone anyway. Now that Jeaux and receivers have had a year working together, hopefully they will both make the same reads on pass routes. Can't wait to see this offense.

Obviously. Your threads are full of detailed schemes and so forth. Why would anyone doubt you? Aside from being a troll posing as an LSU fan and the fact that you contradict yourself on a continuous basis. But put that aside, and you're the man.

Ditto. Should be serviceable by the Texas game. Then 5 weeks to polish it before the Florida game.

Should be? You're constantly saying "this year is the one. Burrow is a top 5 pick and yada yada....." "The offense, RPO...." Now you're saying "we should be" serviceable?

Hmmmm.

Are we having doubts?

He's a troll. It's that simple.

He loves dishing it out but when he's called on it, he signs off.

James Moran was on AFR yesterday and said that when he talked to Brady about the offensive line Brady told him that if they're running their offense efficiently and crisply that the OL won't matter and that he scoffed at the idea of going max protect.

Quote is at about the 2:50 mark. There's a lot of other great stuff in that interview too that you will enjoy, Jeaux. James Moran is the editor of the Tiger Rag magazine.

IF, and it's a HUGE if, you can get this guy to just talk football he can be quite pleasant to discuss things with. Sounds like another guy that posts around here.

I'd guess 250+ passing yards against Texas and around a 70% completion rate.
