We addressed the Mascona comments in a thread the other day - there were others who took issue with other parts of his rant, but my main issue was - what is CMM's responsibility in that.
Do you think Pearl or Oats would sit still if that is what they were getting in hoops NIL? I don't think anyone one here believes that. And while I know that some don't want to hear this and want his name to no longer be mentioned but I can gaurantee you and I don't think anyone would argue because they know it's right....but if Wade were coach it would be much higher than $2 million.

In a top 1-4 conference, definitely. I don’t think he’s capable of anything more than an NIT berth in the SEC, and even that seems like a stretch today.
He’s good enough to win in a mid-major conference, but he also landed in an ideal situation at Murray where he inherited a program that was rolling at that level. Who knows if he could turn a program at that level around.
Tale as old as time- G5 coach can’t handle the move up and falls on his face.
Woody has only made one bad hire and he needs to bite the bullet and correct it.

I cannot disagree. But I do not think he deserves the buyout and I think I would rather spend it on nil and keep him as a coach.

He`s was a good coach at Murry St.I supported him give him a chance
to show he was the right choice for LSU.I try to give the hires my support
until they prove me wrong not because I don`t like the hire.Havin g said that
it`s obvious something just isn`t working out here at LSU for MM.I don`t
like the name calling or dogging a coach because he`s losing but his record
pre LSU wasn`t bad.
SW AND the administration seems to have decided to keep him for at least
1 more year and I hope they are right ,if not the next coach might be put
into a worse situation than MM.Remember SW doesn`t make hire,fire
decisions on his own, money talks BS walks.
