Not every offensive assistant is the same and as much as they want to talk about the Saints offense, we need a guy who can adapt it to college players because sometimes you don’t have Drew Brees or Joe Burrow. You have true freshmen.

I think what we really learned is that hiring old, retread coaches that the game has passed by, needs to stop
Time to hire young up and coming coaches who know this brand of football we are seeing proliferate the college landscape

I’d say it was 30% coaching, but there is a glaring issue with the offense in how it regressed.
