Central Michigan is ‘comin for LSU”

Central Michigan QB Jacob Simon was rated as the no5 pro style QB in 2018 by 247Sports. He’s completed nearly 60% of his passes (57.4) and completed his first seven against Missouri which led to a TD for the Chippewas’ on their first possession. Simon noted to reporters he’s confident in his preparation for LSU or any team he faces.
Central Michigan also has the Mid American Conference freshman of the year last year in Lew Nichols who finished with a 6.5 yard average last season.
On defense Central Michigan is led by their two time first team All-MAC selection linebacker Troy Brown. who possesses tremendous speed and tackling abilities.
CMU nearly pulled the upset of Missouri and posted its first shut out since 2013 against Robert Morris, in that game CMU’s offense and defense both dominated. They’re comin for LSU.

his backup is even pretty damn good. watched the mizzou highlights and they have some dudes on offense.
still more worried about our offense though.

Maybe we will get to see Stingley and Ricks actually have to work tonight. I would like to see how our defense looks in some deep passing routes.

Yep but due to lack of hotels from the storm, CMich will have to fly in the morning from Michigan. That has to mess-up their routine.
