Daniels is a flawed qb who showed a lot more good than bad last year.

This right here
My question is, if he struggles in league play next year, will they hesitate to insert Nuss?

And yet he played the whole game. That speaks pretty loud about the staffs concern with putting our back up in a close game. imo

What didn’t LSU accomplish this past season that we had reasonable expectations for the team to achieve considering the disasters of 2020 and 2021? Which LSU quarterback in the past 20 years accounted for more total touchdowns, and more total yards than the current one? Of course we all know of Joe, but is there another?

Against A&M the defense couldn’t stop a nosebleed and he played respectable. 21/35 189 yards

No he didn't..... almost 100 yards of passing in the last 2 possessions. He played horrid against a&m. From the start of the 2nd half until 2 minutes left in the game, the offense had given as many points as they had scored. Jayden played bad against a&m and garbage passing stats doesn't change that.

Is it because he threw for the same amount of tds as Jordan jefferson in 2009?

Name a run-first qb to win a championship recently. We have running backs... Josh Williams is better at running with the ball than a 190lbs qb.

He made some mistakes but “horrid” is not a description I would use for someone who accounted for 275 yards of total O. Let’s not forget that the D was allowing A&M to convert on third and fourth downs almost 70% of the time.

100 of his passing yards came when the game was over. He gave up as many points as he scored from the start of the second half until 3 minutes left in the game. He was horrid against a&m. Garbage yards doesn't change that.
