The democrat controlled Soros media did it. Keep those decent LSU folks from getting a chance to vote...........

Bama played Tenn, LSU, and Arky all at home, and during the day in 2009...they won the NC that year in case anyone forgot.

We are supposed to host a big recruiting night at TS. It's Saturday night in Tiger Stadium... YEAH, right. GFY CBS! I would rather be an indy than deal with Verne and fricking Gary slobbing Bama during our daily telecast.

I guess it comes with being Number 1, but on the other hand, you'd think someone would have stones enough to say we r Number 1 and this is LSU. We play football on Saturday night. End of discussion.

What the hell does CBS have on Saturday night which prevents LSU from having games. This is ridiculous.
I was wondering the same thing, and it's all of their stupid fricking sitcoms.
7:00-8:00 ..... "local programming"
8:00-8:30 ..... Rules of Engagement
8:30-9:00 ..... The Big Bang Theory
9:00-10:00 .... CSI Miami

Day games are a better bang for their buck, hence why they only have one primetime game all year.
which game is that?

dumarse... It's AU that is better than TN. Not LSU is better than Bama. We are playing at 2:30pm because a blowout is expected for the Bama/UT game where as AU is going to be competitive.
This is a backhanded compliment at best. If CBS thought so highly of LSU's chances of blowing out AU then we'd be playing at night instead of Bama. Why can't you fricks understand this?

All you had to do was look at the schedule...a no brainer for CBS.
But the SEC seriously needs to do something when the contract comes up for renewal. The bs with the Kentucky game having to be moved. The SEC is the best conference in the country and was when the contract was signed. To only allow for 1 or 2 night games a year when the best games of the year occur week in, week out in the SEC is stupid on CBS's part.

This is rediculous! We need to get our 8-9 hours of drinking before kickoff instead of 3.

Auburn is much better than Tennessee, and LSU should still beat them fairly easily.
This isn't a backhanded compliment.

It is always the best games that are played at night. Why would you give the top slot to a shitty blowout? No one likes to watch a blowout. They are boring.

I am taking 6 people to this game. We are coming from California (My one game this year), 3 of them are first timers and we have been getting them all prepped for that religious experience that is the night game tradition in Tiger Stadium. So much for that. The bottom line is that any game at any time in Tiger Stadium is better than any game anywhere else at any time.

Tiger fans/alums from Baton Rouge, southeast/west Louisiana and various others from out of state, anticipate/eagerly await L.S.U. football all year and are rewarded with Northwest Louisiana and Western Kentucky in Tiger Stadium at night.
Totally unacceptable.
Don't anybody tell me that nothing can be done to modify the S.E.C. TV contract with C.B.S..

LSU v. Bama will be a 2:30-Book it.

well from what i've read on this board...apparently either LSU plays at 2:30 or we have losing records year in and year out and lose millions and millions of dollars at the same time.
