The over head cameras and wires that support it were so low that Miles asked that it be removed after the first punt and another kick hit the wires. When the overhead was removed, it killed a lot of the repays we normally get to see.

The CBS coverage is terrible. Watching the CST coverage tonight is a breath of fresh air. The analysis is much stronger and there are quite a few replays for each play, and at different angles to boot. The coverage of the last play of the first half against Arkansas was much more detailed on CST than on CBS.

As many games as CBS has covered LSU you would they would share some notes with the announcers like the fact J Lee plays every third series and that he was not put in to send a message to JJ

Exactly and on that play they cut to the Gump/Barner Highlight when everyone watching our game knew the result of that game. No need for Timmy B to cut in rambling about how the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor at that point in time.

I think the absolute worst was Steve Buerlein "guaranting" that we would go for it on 4th and 1, as the punt team ran out on the field, or "guaranting" that the punt block would be on, only to have us go all our return on the punt. Where in the hell did they find this guy? Does playing backup quarterback in the NFL automatically give you press credentials?

I thought when Beurlin stated that Arky was surely gonna take a knee before halftime and they throw an 80 yard TD was just one of two stupid quotes he made during the game yesterday. The other was when Ridley dove for the endzone he stated that they were reviewing it cause they thought his knee might have touched the ground before he hit the pylon...Really?...he was 2 ft off the ground when he hit the pylon...but I guess in a crappy stadium like War memorial and an even shittier CBS telecast where the camera was mounted on the blimp, will look like that from space..total BS telecast...
