Real estate in BR appreciated 10.3% from 2020 to 2021.

And there still aren’t enough houses on the market to meet demand.

Kinda surprised he would want to be in a tight housing area. Really figured he would snag a nice house private driveway/road on highland for around the same price. Straight shot to LSU also
