I'd rather see Pearson there or Dar Dar and let Simpson play 2nd. He's not good in the field, he's slow, and isn't hitting.
He could've given that ball 3-4 more seconds to go foul. The runner was not getting to 3rd.

Carraway got on this team because he caught fire in the regionals. Otherwise, he was average all around over the entirety of last season.
