My buddy did an interview with him and he just seems like he'll be a great fit for LSU and make us relevant again

Guy has yet to win a game and show a lot in recruiting. I will wait 2-4 year to judge him....am not excited....

Got a letter in the mail from him today (along with the other couple thousand season ticket holders). It was the same content as an email I received last week, talking about the need for fan support and returning the PMAC to its glory days.
While I will agree with those who are taking a wait and see approach that he hasn't actually done anything to be able to effectively judge him yet, I am optimistic. He is definitely hittin all the right notes as far as I'm concerned. We've needed someone to infuse some energy into the program and fanbase and he is definitely doing this. I am excited about the future of LSU basketball for the first time in a long time.

I'm excited. He is building excitement, and most importantly it seems, that this is where he wants to be. He doesn't seem like a coach that just wants to win a bunch a games to get a better job, but seems like he wants to make LSU good again

Why? CJJ came in with an ok but not eye popping resume. Now he's had some great interviews and is showing the passion TJ never had, so he's won some people over.
Opinion is still somewhat split and reserved. So I don't buy into this being a case of that wacky, bi-polar LSU fanbase that other fans give us shite for.
