Can't believe it took me so long to realise this

In 1996 I joined the Military and moved from Louisiana.
I remember Saban's discussions on "catastrophe syndrome".
At the time, I didn't understand why LSU's fan base was so primed for it.
It has finally dawned on me why we are so quick to fall into catastrophe syndrome....And by we, I mean YOU losers that make up a significant portion of the LSU fan base that always believes the worst, YOU who wither in the face of adversity, YOU THAT EXPECT BAD THINGS TO HAPPEN and then complain about it.
I used to be proud to be from Louisiana, I believed we were tough, I believed we were winners.
22 years later I finally realised that YOU are just miserable people who are mentally weak and over all just suck at life!

They won’t like it but you’re right. Louisiana is a depressing cancer alley filled with overrated “friendly hospitable people” that really just want to be in your business (women) and talk about you or tell you how big of a puss you are. You have to live away for a time from Louisiana to begin to understand the catastrophe syndrome. When you get back it hits you like a damp towel to your face.
On some level it is understandable when you look around and see how Louisiana under performs compared to other states in so many critical civic arenas.
Yes things will go wrong and yes it is always someone else's fault.
