Coach O much like Dabo is in the position they are in because of their recruiting ability.

Not sure what's going on in practice??? Soft practices may hide deficiencies.
O is responsible but appears not to be involved. Just says after another loss that we're gonna fix it.
There may be issues In the locker room which is really bad. Look for signs in the coming days. They gotta want it as ND that starts with the linemen getting in shape and the mentality of the secondary evaluated. A five star out of position is a real liability as we all can see in full display. O has to step up. This D coordinator is not to be trusted.

He just won a national championship and had the greatest season in football history. You people are psychotic.

I keep hearing this thing about O hiring his buddies. I don’t think he even knew Pelini before the hire. I remember reading that Pete Carroll told him to talk to him. I also don’t think he knew Ensminger before O was hired at LSU. He didn’t know Brady before the guy gave a team presentation last summer. I don’t see where you psychos get this he hires his buddies thing.

Did you follow his time at Ole Miss?
There’s a reason this man has never been asked to Coordinate anything other than selling recruits.
It’s worked for Dabo. But the model seems flawed and unlikely to be sustainable in most cases because you always rely on multiple coordinators to make you look good at all times. Most head coaches can at least control the direction of the side of the ball they have coordination expertise at.
