The stupidest crap I hear from this bunch of sports Bar heroes is that he won a National Championship with someone else's players! Do you think that Smoke Laval would have won a National Championship??

The sports IQ of some of you all is in the negative!! This was his 3rd year!! Most were his players!! Ranaudo was his player!! Regardless whose players it was, he had to coach them, so Nick Saban won an SEC Title with Gerry Dinardo's players and the 2009 National Championship with Mike Shula's players! Urban Meyer won the 2006 National Championship with Ron Zook's players!!

This claim is so assinine, but most of you keyboard warriors have no clue because you have not been in the arena!

I HATE THIS ARGUMENT!!

CPM's 1st Recruiting Class (2007) had:

Anthony Ranaudo, Matt Clark, Chad Jones, Leon Landry, DJ LeMahieu, Jordan Brown, Ryan Verdugo, Micah Gibbs, Derek Helenihi, Austin Ross

2nd Recruiting Class (2008) had:

Austin Nola, Mikie Mahtook, Tyler Hanover, Matty Ott

Anyone that wants him fired is an idiot.

He isn't without his issues.

But let's not lose our minds here.

Not saying he needs to be fired but he's gotta get someone on staff who can help him offensively. His lineups are a joke and the way he attacks on the bases strategically sucks along with his situational offense. He tightens up so much and you can't play offense in any sport that way especially in championship play.

we had the 2nd best offense in the SEC
We beat OSU, the number 1 team, twice, in an elimination game

We played like shite against Florida, who has by far the best pitching in the NCAA.

Our offense is fine.

Lmfao offense is fine? We had one game where we hit the ball in the tourney and regular season compared to vs elite teams was a huge difference. You can't beat the great teams with the lineup the way it was we have the pieces bit they're not in the right spots like always. And can you even count the runs base running cost us this year? It's the same story and excuses every year. "Well we hit the ball great in the regular season" fine if that's all that matters then good for you. Don't ask a question if you don't wanna hear the answer.

We beat Oregon State without their Ace, not sure we could've done it if Heimlich wasn't disgusting

Also beat Oregon State with a No. 4 starter in the second game. Heimlich doesn't bat and they scored one run in that first game. Your argument is quite flawed.

I see why that's your name.

Florida has a shite tier offense and they won the world series. Does Florida need better offense? Or maybe if you can just take a step back and stop inhaling all that salt,

Realize that LSU played a really bad series against Florida in the championship game. Committed 3 errors in game 2, walked 3 in game 1 in 1 inning which led to 3 runs, had 3 crucial base running mistakes (smith, kramer, and jake)

We should have won both games but it wasn't our the offense that let us down.

Because the great arm chair quarterbacks know way more than cpm! To the ones that know more than him, where are you coaching? That way when they fire him, we can get a jump on hiring you!

Ah there it is the desperate personal insult. You can say the offense didn't let us down but go ahead and look up our team ba for the series or that we managed 2 runs per game. All the excuses in the world don't turn 2 runs per game into good offense and I agree we still could've won both games but the reason we lost had mostly to do with Cpms pitching decisions in game 1 and base running strategy in both games.

I just flooded you with facts and that's what you took out of it LOL, a bit sensitive eh?

We got 3 runs vs Singer and company, Singer is going to be the number 1 pick in the draft next year

Dyson came in throwing mid 90s and we had our chances to put runs up but had some mistakes on the base paths.

Don't let facts get in the way though bro, Can't score 13 runs a game when you face good pitching

Facts lmfao like Singer will be the number 1 pick next year? I'm sure you'll own up to that when it doesn't happen lol. Also nice of you to ignore the FACTS you don't like. Typical head in the sand Pumping.
