Can portal commits be flipped?

Now that we know who the DL coach is, is it possible to flip a transfer who’s committed?

I think that until they enroll, they can go anywhere that will have them.

Im wondering now that guys can transfer multiple times, can they enroll at new school now and go through Spring ball and transfer again in May?

They can actually transfer at any point during the game, but you have to use a timeout.

The real question is whether they can transfer from 1 team after an early game and play for their new in the evening.
