in ankle taping. I can't remember a team with more high ankle sprains through the last few years. Yes, I'm being facetious, but it has been ridiculous.

F'n exactly my thought.

Just read Stingley article.

Zactly!

My son plays football and basketball. Rolling both ankles was regular occurence. Until right taping and brace.

Does not reduce your chance of an ankle sprain, especially a high ankle

These guys are big, fast, incredibly strong & fly around hitting each other! Ankles & knees are the weakest link & common injuries. You see it in all levels of the sport & there’s not a magic tape technology to prevent them

true, but every team is as you describe and it sure seems like LSU has had more than their fare share of ankle injuries going back to Fournette, Guice and many other top players.

How many other teams have you tracked? How long have you compiled this database?

The more taped the ankle, the more at risk the knee. When you take “give” out of a downstream joint, the torque travels.

Delicate balance.
