Post season teams are tough! Great hitting, pitching, fielding and base running.

My rating out of 10 for LSU

Hitting 5 Tough time with good pitchers
Pitching 9 Solid
Infield 9 As good as any
Outfield 5 No real outfielders, just players without a position
Base running 4 Not enough speed, repetitive mistakes

SB is showing LSU's weaknesses. However all season, the Tigers have found a way to win! It will take some real magic like in game 1. They don't quit and I won't quit on them!

What do you guys think?

LSU will have to improve dramatically in the hitting category. You never know.

Today probably wasn't the best time time to ask this question.

Angry people are getting ready to tear to you apart.

If they win tomorrow, I guarantee most of those same people will do a total 180.

That being said, this team definitely has a chance, but the stars really have to align and our bats need to wake up.

Pitching and defense wins titles.

Add a few timely runs, and we have got just as good a shot as anyone.

Take care of business tomorrow, then we make the trip to home-away-from-home...

Nobody is happy when their team loses, especially when their weaknesses are exposed. However we need to stay behind this team. After all, this team did win the SEC title, the best baseball conference in the country. A NC may not look probable at this time, it is certainly not out of the question!

I'm an LSU Homer right now, and I give this a solid 3.5 tops in the postseason

If LSU can win the game tomorrow, they'll have an excellent chance of making it to Omaha.

Once at Omaha, if they can keep their loss total to only ONE GAME during that tournament, then THEY WILL WIN IT ALL.

It's that simple.

I don't think they will win it all they will give it a good shot. Your assessment is pretty close.
SB has run out of pitchers. Tigers win tomorrow by 3-4 runs.
