You really think that if you plug 12 back in the lineup in New Orleans you win the game? How about the deer-in-the-headlights look he had in Tuscaloosa?

Dude, LSU played nine games before WKU and you cherry picked five because you couldn't make your case without cherry picking.
You are going retard.
Have a good day.

The love for Jennings from les will make the JJ saga seem like puppy love.

Living in the past is not particularly healthy, especially when there is good indication that change is afoot. Cam seems to really think that he has plenty of material to run his offense very effectively. Les finally appears to be willing to give the reins to someone he has confidence in...why not just give them the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise...and be happy for a change. I sense real change underfoot with the offense. There are indications from the players that better days are ahead with the offense.

Using the last 5 games played is cherry picking?
Would you want A-Rod on your baseball team? Don't cherry pick the last 2 years, you have to use his career averages. He has awesome career numbers.

I hate to poopoo at QB that won a bunch of games as LSU's starting QB, but I think Jennings is a much better PROSPECT than Jefferson was.
Jennings reads defenses and puts the ball on the money.

What stood out to me instantly against our veteran defense was his insane pocket awareness and just situational awareness. He instantly recognizes a pocket collapse and is able to react and still keep an eye downfield.

He's got that "it" factor about him. Awareness is impressive.

This sort of contradicts a bit of what Cam was saying himself. He's tweaking the existing LSU offense, not implementing his own. He talked about the advantage of having a FB and running lead plays that defenses otherwise never see.
Yes, there will be spread stuff, but there was last year too.
The biggest difference I notice is there is a lot of talk about the number of options the QB will have at the LOS to change into.

Bless his Tiger heart, but Lee, other than for a few plays, was about as bad against Alabama as I have ever seen a QB be against one certain team for his career.
I look for much better QB play for LSU in the coming years.
Come on Zack and come on Cam!

It sounds like cam wants to run our same offense with better check downs, more accurate deep routes, and diversity from different formations. He seems to want to hurry the tempo up too. These are minor tweaks that potentially could spark an offensive explosion.

I agree and there is really nothing else we fans can do. Well, except for cheering the team on or crapping on the teams back.
I will go with the most successful head coach in LSU history and a pretty successful OC and see what happens.
Of course, the normal trolls and clowns will laugh and be trolls and clowns.

The difference between being a good offense or a bad one can be a very fine line.
Like many have said before, we are hopeful that a few of the tweaks Cam will bring in will help us switch to the other "side" of that line.

This is shocking news to all the X-Box coaches out there who have no clue as to how a big time program actually works. Their little wonderland of some super OC riding in on a white unicorn to save the LSU offense form Les Miles just got shattered by reality.
One has to admit that John Chavis may not have rode in on a white unicorn, but he certainly saved the LSU Defense from the path it was placed upon by our current head coach.
I think the truth here lies in the middle. Gundy at Okie State had a good offense before Dana Holgorsen headed over there, but once he got to Stillwater, if you're telling me that he didn't make a massive impact, you're not telling me the truth.
Same goes with Chavis at LSU. Or Holgo at UWV (He was his own OC, and yes, he made a big difference) or Leach/Mangino Oklahoma back in 1999/2000.
Coordinators do make a massive difference. But Head Coaches who are content to allow them to make the calls and become a CEO help cement the change.

Since you are going to knock Miles for our 2008 defense, are you going to praise him for our 2007 defense?

There are no head coaches who don't a say in either the defense or offense calls.
Just as there are no CEOs or business owners who don't make calls in how their businesses are run by those on the ground seeing to it that the owners directions are followed.
The idea that miles or any other highly successful head coach is just going to sit back and have no say in how his team is run nonsensical.

the fact you keep making this logical fallacy means you have already lost the argument.
