Amazing talent and can score from anywhere. That said I find he plays alot like Kobe. He looks for his shot first and only if there is absolutely no getting a shot off does he pass. A play that stands out was against nicholls, he had a wide open guy in the corner and he forced a bad shot while double teamed.
Again, he is a great talent, i just hope wade can coach him up on taking higher quality shots. With him buying more into the team i think this team can go as far as any other.

You don’t average 23 points a game by making sure other people get opportunities to shoot

He’s ranked 9th in Ppg the nation He will have some very “bad” moments.. but that comes along with scoring 1/4 of our teams points

In every interview he says unashamedly that he’s a volume shooter. Wade gave him free range to sign him, his teammates have no reason to expect he does anything but look for his shot every time he touches the ball for his short stay in BR. I hope he gets better in his decision making . He’s good enough to get his shots without forcing them .

You don’t tell a guy like him to shoot the ball less. You just show him what are better shots and let his game develop. Dude should a green light anywhere on the floor. The other guys get their’s regardless.

Outside of Watford there isn’t another guy that I care to make sure gets a lot of chances. Your other two true scoring threats are Days and Smart and both of them don’t need a volume of shots in order to get their points. The rest of the team are role players that know they won’t get many chances so they need to take advantage when they get the opportunity.

i remember the play. It wasn't a bad shot, but more a bad decision b/c whoever was in the corner was wide arse open, and I don't believe for one second that he didn't see he was open. He's just so used to taking the shot no matter what. You could see the aggravation on the player in the corner when Cam took the shot. He's got a lot of learning to do on that. He's definitely a chucker. Great shooter, but he'll be an even better player when he learns to play better team basketball. Had that play been in the last seconds of the game, i'd say i'm fine with him taking it, b/c you want a guy to want the ball in those moments, but at that moment, he's got to make that pass.

He has only played a few college games. All his life, he has been the top shooter. It takes time to adjust to having talent around you that is close to your level, and develop a trust that they will make their shot.

Needs to work on defense. Many of the new recruits are offensive players. You win with defense against the top 20 teams.
