had a clean look 3 pointer to tie, and barely drew iron. Nobody here is commenting on that.

We all expected him to throw up shots, but no one expected him to shoot an uncontested three and air mail it.

Not to mention Chris Jackson. CJ fouled out 3 players in his SEC debut at Florida. The big difference is CJ made his free-throws AND he was one of the best finishers of all time. Even being fouled he had a good chance of making the shot.

CJ had a better shot, he was a better dribbler and he was quicker.
Thomas isn’t CJ.

Not the kids fault. He played the same way at Oak Hill. No accountability and discipline.

Perfect example. Cam drives lane and gets double teamed leaving Days wide open under goal. Instead of making the easy pass Cam tries to put up a fade away shot on 3 defenders. If he ever learned to become a playmaker he would be an all star!

Thomas is a freshman. Pretty much all you need to know.. the offense is designed for ISO plays for Thomas and Watford. What else do you want to know.

but his basketball IQ is severely lacking. He really takes a lot of bad shots.

I tend to agree, though I would say in the last 3 games he's taken better shots, but he's not making those efficiently enough either.

The Bama game he was 1-8 on 3's and I thought 6 of the 8 were good uncontested looks. He only made one. He's got to make half of those.

Heck yesterday he shot air ball on one open 3 and you could not have been more open for the one at the end.

I could live with some bad shots if you make 50% of the open one's. He's not close to that right now....on the open one's.

Is he capable? I think so, but it just ain't happening in SEC play outside the first A&M game.

This is entirely on Will Wade. Wade can sit him when he is pulling these stunts.

He lets him do whatever he wants. Even that last shot.

I agree but Smart wasted a lot of time getting up the court. No time to sr up a play/shot.

Not blaming anyone, just making an observation
