i can't beleive how many people have not seen Animal House.
btw i am all in for disruptive and destructive behavior. back in my day, it wasn't an LSU gameday unless a hole was punched in a wall.

Unreal... I am awestruck by the fact that there is even one, much less two or more posters on this board (of all boards) that had the Aminal House allusion go right over their heads. In addition to being awestruck, I am saddened. And I don't care how old you are. If you went to college at LSU and haven't seen Animal House that's just plain sad.

Getting loud and drunk as a celebration of your passion for LSU sports is fun, and I take pride in it, whether you're in Tiger Stadium or not.
Although I do think that being belligerent to other teams' fans is completely unneccessary. (Occasional Exception: Bama fans.)
Regarding the current (or recent) state of affairs, LSU-UF '07 was my first game in seven years, and it was among the loudest I've ever been to.

What are the GPA and test score requirements to be admitted to LSU now? In the 70's it was open admissions. If you could pay the tuition, you were in. Of course you had to study and make your grades. A lot of freshman flunk outs back then. Many got their one or two semesters of LSU partying in and were gone forever........
