Exceeded expectations when looking at the season entirely, but an embarrassing ending with a horrible loss to A&M. Couple that with a Meh performance against Georgia where we got our arse handed to us. AND we get a bowl game against Purdue. A total DUD of an ending to the season.

Glad you continue to stay in your own little fantasy land bubble.

Upvote. Hope this isn’t a sign of what’s to come under this regime.

Wonder what the pumpers will say if we end up with the same record next season.

But I’ll keep the faith and root for our guys regardless

I could care less how we ended the season. I love the body of work in BK’s first year. I’m intrigued in the future when he states putting the pieces in place. 2023 or 2025 is our year.

Sounds like you had unrealistic expectations of how the season would go. It’s a you problem

It’s called understanding the big picture.

Depth, people don’t realize we don’t have the depth, and played above expectations most of the year. Injuries, flu, finally had its toll at the end. What an amazing year, nonetheless……

Yep. The deficiencies that we had coming into the year didn’t suddenly disappear. The coaches did a great job getting what they did from this group.

No problem here with me baw. Thank you kindly for your concern though. Some of us live in the real world and not in a fantasy land.

It looked to me like the defense just ran out of gas at the end of the season. We saw it almost every year under Miles, but Miles had quality depth where Kelly did not. Not this season, anyway. Next year will be better.

Easy to criticize . LSU was picked to finish last in SEC West . They totally exceeded expectations with two freshmen on the O - line , freshman tight end ( who doesn’t block well , btw ! ) . They had a great year , considering no depth on the team . That being said , JD needs to go off into the sunset and we need to see the Nuss / Howard era .

My thoughts as well. Lack of depth took its toll. A lot of players were dinged up and it just caught up to them.

Don’t watch the bowl game then. What were your expectations coming into the season? 11-1 and CFP appearance? Undefeated?

Yes the last 2 games were disappointing with the final score. A&M wanted that game more. LSU was physically manhandled. A&M had the depth and the strength to do it. UGA was just the better team. Plain and simple.

Kelly is building his team and with the excitement that the players and fans had this year, better years will come. It is a process. He won’t rest until he builds this team to last and compete for championships like Saban and Kirby have.
