Yes, let's put a lot of stock in that Spring game. Lol

8.5 btw, not 10. I still think under. I don't think they beat Lsu, nor at Wisconsin, nor at miss state. There are a handful of other games they CAN Lose, but will have to be perfect on all the rest to beat 8.5.

If it is offensive issues that cause the loss, then you chalk it up to a new system. We all called for a new innovative offense, and changing systems comes at a cost early on in year one.
If he bungles some management aspect, then perhaps.

Lol. I think you will actually be upset when Lsu spanks that arse. It is almost like you are all in on byu.
No.
Trying to educate the uneducated segment of our fan base. If you've ever played sports or have any understanding of competition, you know that there are a lot of variables that impact a game like this. It's not as simple as "they're #39 preseason and we're #10 preseason, so we will definitely win."
It's like the Wisconsin pregame talk all over again.

Lol at this arrogance. Well frick man, I didn't realize there were variables. I just assumed it would be an easy win. Thanks man.

Tigers by 3 TDs. Les Miles really made y'all into chicken Little's. Honestly.

Before we engage in too much chest beating, especially on our new offense, maybe it would be good to reflect on our spring game.
I am not going to gauge this game based off the spring-scrimmage. I fully expect Canada to have them fully functional by seasons beginning.
I believe we end up winning going away, something like 32-10 or something or the other.

What is arrogant about telling the truth? Fact of the matter is BYU has been underrated the past few years, and a lot of LSU fans are way too confident this will be a blowout. They don't play in a conference or a big media market, so the casual LSU fan hears very little about BYU being any good. I'm expecting just as competitive a game as if we were playing someone like Arkansas or Texas A&M.

Well neither of those games were competitive last year, and shouldn't be consistently competitive moving forward. LSU has much more talent than both.

The main ones that are thinking BYU is some cupcake are going to be the chicken littles in a few weeks when everything doesn't come together perfectly like you think it will.

Lol. You are trolling...now byu is a&m or arky.

I don't know much about this team, aside from some key returning starters like QB and LBs. Same stuff anyone knows.
However, I've been around the program. They are generally mature (age), tough, and consistent. They don't quite or get blown out often and play well against "big teams."
If LSU fans are expecting a rent-a-win like teams from the MAC, Sun Belt, or MWC, they will be very disappointed. BYU also has a glorified scrimmage against Portland St the week before to get cobwebs out. However, this would be a horrible loss, and simply not an option.

Lol, you act like those were big wins. Arizona was 3-9, mich st was 3-9, miss state was 5-7.
Mississippi State lost 3 games on the last play of the game (South Alabama, BYU, and UK). To be fair, they won the bowl game on the final play (Miami of Ohio).
MSU squandered the game at Provo. Our best WR dropped a TD in OT. Also in OT, the Byu QB fumbled the ball on a sack and the ball went directly to a BYU player.
I don't see LSU having trouble with them. The talent disparity will be over-whelming. The new offense may be an issue, but the running game should maul them. Huh, that sounds a Miles team.

I think y'all get revenge at home against them.

BYU beat Miss St, which A&M didn't do.
And Arky is even worse than A&M (lost 5 straight to them)

Ok guy. You win. Byu is a damn good program and would likely finish 6th in the sec ahead of teams like a&m, and arky. Hope that helps. Have a good day.

And they still lose by 14+

I'll drink to that.
I'm pretty sure that LSU's defense will be the best that they will see all year. LSU's offense should do pretty well with Canada.
