Dirty hit right there. His o-line will get him in the hospital halfway through the season. Pretty sure your heads not supposed to snap like that!

It's a penalty according to current rules but I would not call the hit dirty.

I feel bad for Burrow man. He’s gonna be running for his life all season. They need to spend the whole offseason free agency and draft on O linemen lol

Joe is getting killed-he’s getting no time to talk to his receivers. I’m really worried about the guy.

Ehhh it was a little bit cheap IMO. Burrow had already thrown the ball and was defenseless when Jackson made the decision to lower his shoulder and put him on his arse. It was unnecessary and he could've pulled up easily.

Maybe this will be like the UCF game when the cheap hit only made Burrow better.

25 years ago, that wouldn't have drawn a flag. The NFL will be 2 hand touch in the next 10-15 years. By the way, I'm a LIFELONG Eagles and LSU fan, so in a weird way I'm kinda pulling for Joe.

Is there another QB more focused on his receivers downfield than Burrow ? The guy did not even flench or cower when the hit was bearing down on him. Compare this to Myles feeling pressure everywhere !

Has thrown 2 TD’s since then and has 12 straight completions. Cincy has ball up by 1

That’s what’s happening.

Hits like this should be banned on QB's and receivers. Football is about tackling and stopping the advancement of the football. Why keep trying to injure the best players on the field for the enjoyment of a big hit?

Brennan looks like a prettyboy, blond hair and all. Every time a drive would go nowhere he would storm to the sidelines pouting.
