Burrow is tGOAT.
That being said, I think JD5 is a better college QB in that his skill set would benefit more teams. Burrow is and will be the far better NFL QB, so it depends on your “success metric”

No, he didn't. Jayden had a better oline and without that his runs don't happen. Not to mention how great the other guys became at blocking for him. Burrow couldn't just run so he had to compensate with actual ability.
