By my logic, Burrow is indeed in the same class as Tua, Lawrence, and Fromm.
I recall that YOU posted a link to Rohan Davey on a podcast. Davey had seen Spring practices of the new offense. Davey CLEARLY and enthusiastically said that Burrow would break his passing records if E didn't interfere with the new offense.
A "game manager" won't break Rohan's records.
