Clyde. You think fournette would've made any of those guys miss on the backfield when clyde would just spin right out
No, but Fournette would have broken a lot more big runs

IMO, the better question should be Kevin Faulk or Buga.

Fournette will shine at some point if his body and mind can survive long enough for the opportunity to arise.

Or Kevin Faulk in last seasons offense?

It doesnt matter how few there are in the box when one is running free and you're left by yourself to make him miss. Clyde made them miss consistently. Any time someone got in the backfield on fournette he struggled to get anything unless they were just off balanced and he could break the tackle. And way to ignore the fact we had several less blockers staying in last year so a 6 man box was equivalent to an 8 man with fournette when he had 7 blockers picking up a guy. You're still left to make one miss. Clyde can do that and LF cant.

I’m really good at hindsight. So ask me in 10 years.

Lmao how’s the weather in fantasy land? Did you learn football on Xbox? Because what you’re saying is completely opposite of how it actually works.

I think you can take any LSU running back that played at LSU and they would shine significantly in this seasons offense.

If Buga played for last seasons football team this conversation would never take place. You’re confusing the teams success with the individual comparison. Buga is by far the superior player.
Different skill sets. LF has no vision and inferior instincts. CEH hands are superior.

Would have been awfully fun to watch Buga in last years offense. Especially in certain games. Kevin Steele’s 3-1-7 would not have been an option then as we all know Auburn DBs did not care for tackling Buga. That being said, Clyde was perfect for Bama. It’s hard to say which one id choose in NFL without knowing the scheme. Clyde will do great for the right program. Could be a Kamara type player.

Clyde all day and it’s not even close. Clyde is the perfect 3 down RB for today’s NFL and our offense. He’s a beast at pass protection and can catch the ball like a receiver while still being able to run between the tackles. I think he’s going to be a top 60 pick without a doubt.

I like the kid because he plays the game like it should be played having played the game my self. CEH leaves everything out there while Fournette I've noticed has developed this I play when I feel like it attitude while there in Jacksonville, and he's wrong for that. Fournette may have obvious size and talent advantages, but I'll take the kid over him anytime because of what I just said about him.
Also, to comment on what you said about Fournette's lack of vision and inferior instincts. LF's vision isn't as bad as a Trent Richardson's, he can find holes albeit he's not quick enough in reading the scrimmage like a Saquon Barkley or somebody, and so he tends to run straight into the LOS a lot because the OLine blocking isn't the best for Jacksonville. But he's always had exceptional hands and was just never used at LSU in catching the ball out of the backfield like CEH was this past season because of the type of offense he played in under one Les Miles. But he has caught the ball some while there at Jacksonville when they discovered he could do so.

Have you followed Lf and the jags? No
He is not a team player LF is about one thing and that's LF. Doug Marone made the mistake of making him a team captain after his rookie year and LF showed his true colors after that. Unpaid speeding tickets and got arrested, stupid social media posts, and definitely showed he isn't a team player. Yes I love LSU but I am not a LF fan any longer.

Fournette relied solely on his size and speed. When he was against similar athletes he was super average. Clyde can get it done multiple ways
