ive been screaming this since day 1! there are fights almost every night in TL and elsewhere around LSU and it very, very rarely goes past the parking lot or drunk tank

This is turning into a huge distraction, I have serious doubts we'll beat Oregon now. No telling how divided the locker is over this due to lies.

yeah, no kidding, and people of other schools are insinuating the athletes are getting preferential treatment. you think BRPD would give a flying frick about this if it was a bunch of random people fighting? i've never seen someone charged for a bar fight after the fact, and especially have never seen a 2 week investigation on one where unless someone was put in critical condition or something.

self defense wasn't what he was implying. he was implying that if he hit him and he fell as a result, which caused him to crack his vertebrae. he didn't intend on him falling and didn't actively try to break his back, so he wouldn't be liable. that isn't true.
