Iowa DC has been at Iowa for 24 years. He is 60. Can he recruit. Great that he can do it with 2 or 3 stars, but can he get 4 or 5 stars.

I think Arnett goes back west as a DC.
Parker isn’t leaving Iowa. He and Ferentz have lifetime contracts there. They are comfortable.
I think the guy to look at is Minter in a package deal with Elston. Was the divorce between Kelly and Elston ugly though? Elston was a long time assistant at Notre Dame with Kelly. He’s the steady hand we need as a DL coach and Minter is the mix of DC experience and NFL experience that would fit as DC.
