I think he is a genius. You can tell that all of Charlie Sheens recent "schtick" is a product of hanging around Brian Wilson.

I agree, I think he's a moron too, but I think he's funny. I like him, but his act will eventually get old. I'll enjoy it now while I can.

you're an old stick in the mud. an old fogey, whatever. brian wilson is a free spirit and earns his living in an occupation that allows a certain amount of expression. he is anything but a moron. closing out professional basegame games is incredibly stressful and all athletes, esp. pitchers, esp. closers have their own way of relieving stress. in case you haven't noticed, closers do their damn best to look mean. it's a form of intimidation but also an identity. i like brian wilson. you, however, seem to be very close minded and that doesn't count your lack of knowledge about baseball.

Lighten up Francis. The guy is a breath of fresh air in today's cookie cutter athletes. He's not out there thumping his chest(look at me...look at me), he's not showing up the opposition, he's simply different. He doesn't give a F' what people think. His dry sense of humor is fricken hysterical IMO and he represents LSU extremely well with his intensity and play on the field.

I didn't know he went to LSU. :/

Went a bit flaky in the 70s after he left the Beach Boys. I saw him last year in concert which was pretty good-- he didn't interact with the audience much though.
Pet Sounds is still one of my fav albums

I can't stand the guy, he tries too hard and really isn't that funny. It also doesn't help that him and the Giants beat the Phils in the NLCS last year. It stinks that he's from LSU because I can't stand him.

If he would have gone to any other school, the tards on this board would be calling him the biggest idiot in mlb.

To me this is a more ignorant statement.. and absolutely false.

Brian Wilson is LOVED by ALL.. and I mean even people who hate baseball think he is pure awesome.. so I completely disagree. Go read any comments about the guy on a youtube video and you'll see for yourself.

I think he took too much acid and really made a mistake by hiring Dr. Eugene Landy to try to restore his mental health.

I wonder if anyone else but me got that. good one, Doc.

Brian Wilson would call this thread delicious then continue to not care about anyone's opinion or him, OP or otherwise.

Hey, he didn't dye his beard. Its tanned. The Giants play the second most day games in baseball, the beard is tan.

thats the dumbest thing i've ever heard.

he's in the field about 20 minutes for about 50 games a season. The END of the games when it's nearly always past dusk at that.
