It’s my understanding that the players despise Kelly. I think some of the assistants, even Sloan, are well liked but that Kelly is truly despised by the locker room. That says a lot.

I was downvoted for saying that he was a lazy coach. He came here to retire, and his heart is not in this job. However, LSU continues to hire coaches who make the boosters and fans feel comfortable. When you find a coach who challenges the status quo, that's when things will change. LSU hired a president who made them uncomfortable, and he ended up being their best president.

I think it's painfully obvious that he has little to no connection to his players. The alarm bells on that have been going off since his first year here.

I get it, his strength is CEO management, but at some point you have to come down from the ivory tower and communicate with your guys directly and on a personal level.

Kelly would never go up in an ivory tower. It’s very windy up there.

Asking because I genuinely don't know - but I see this a lot on here. Is this just something people are saying or is Brian Kelly really spending a large amount of time playing golf.

I don't recall seeing this anywhere until this month.
Now, it's everywhere beginning last week.

He’s a bad coach here! 5-11 against rained teams! He continually says they prepare hard but the coaches do not! It’s a problem!

We must coach better and the players must execute better…that’s his line, every time. That’s true for every losing program in the country.

I think it’d be refreshing to hear, “You know, this has been harder than I thought and I’ve not put in the time necessary to be successful. We’ve been a bad example for our players and wasted millions in NIL donations.”

Because at the end of the day it is.

the dirt starts coming out when the fans have had enough. like with O, we started getting the stories of him hitting on women and letting their kids do drills during practice.

the end is near.
