Nice! Good to hear some positive! He did look much better in the pocket, and his confidence is like night and day from week 1 to week 2.

Considering that Trask, Jones and Corall all have at least part of a season as starters, Brennan is where he needs to be right now. He’s hands down been better than Mond, Franks and Guarantano, and they all have a lot more experience.

Right! And imagine what his stats would look like if he was throwing to Chase and Jefferson!

You got to try and see the difference between a player that lacks confidence and an empty stadium.it also makes the sidelines seem dead

Well no shite Sherlock. One QB has a full year of experience while the other just made his 2nd start of his collegiate career.

dear lord it was Vandy.

And, pre-Burrow, Mett had one of the best passing performances of all time at LSU against UAB (16/19, 282, 5 TDs - not gaudy yardage, but efficiency and scores put it in the conversation). What of it?

LSU has played Vandy dozens of times. How many LSU QBs scorched them for 320+, 4 TDs through the air? Even disregarding the fact that Mason is a very well regarded defensive coach.

I'll hang up and listen.

Agreed, Mond reminds me a lot Jordan Jefferson, he peaked early and has shown no signs of any real improvement. Same is true for Franks. I haven't seen Guarantano enough to make an informed opinion.

Not dissing Myles, but I gotta agree with LE this time. Many QBs have put up mega yds in losing by 21pt performances.

Right on. Emery has been painfully closing to breaking a long TD run a few times. It'll happen soon enough

He should have gotten 20 carries Saturday night. But I digress
