Coach Orgeron took over and let Steve Ensminger run the Offense last year and neither one of them thought highly enough of Harris to give him an opportunity again

Didn't know those guys were QB gurus. It's hard to get better when your QB coach clearly isn't helping. We saw this for 10 years outside of Mett's time.

Harris should do well at UNC. He would've had better coaching at LSU this year compared to previous, but he'll have it at UNC as well.

Hard to deny.
Not sure if over the offseason Miles and Cam were skill-blind or just fatally loyal to Harris over Etling.
At any rate, best of luck to Harris.

UNC has a true Soph and 2 Redshirt Freshmen. I doubt if Fedora is bringing Harris in to sit behind those guys.

He is graduating LSU in less than 4 years, while being a full time athlete. I beg to differ. The lack of intelligence seems to fall on you, not Brandon Harris.

Good luck Brandon and I'll be pulling for you. Sometimes life is about opportunity and timing, hopefully this opportunity is the right time for your next step in development.

If they hand gone with brandon, the melt would have been immeasurable. Kid is a talent. With the right coaching, he could be great

What has he done in three years to suggest this? The previous coaching staff did everything possible to hand him the job and he still couldn't take the job and run with it. His deep ball is nice, but he couldn't complete a 10 yard out or 5 yard slant with any consistency.

I'm all for the kid getting a chance elsewhere and I hope he succeeds. But his time at LSU was marred by immaturity, a less than stellar work ethic, and sub par play on the field. He deserves a lot of respect and gratitude for devoting three years of his life to LSU, but that doesn't disqualify him from criticism when/where it is due.

Plus, BH's older brother runs his fan page. Typed words did not come from him. BH has his own regular FB page for his personal use.

and this is more bullshite, the only difference between Etling and Harris was that Etling used his head to make plays like taking off and running for a short TD when he couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to. Etling had the fortune of playing after Miles got canned and the offense was much more relaxed under Orgeron and Ensminger, but he still looked like crap in some games especially against Alabama where he shite the bed. Brandon Harris never got another chance because they started winning games under Orgeron and Ensminger now that Miles was gone. So, who is to say how Harris would have looked if they would have let him play again now that Miles and Cameron wasn't running the show to drag him down.

He is going to UNC because he ran that style offense in high school, Larry Fedora is about to turn this kid into an animal and we will just have to drink beer and watch the TV and go WTF the kid is good

That's the "only" difference?!?!

Uh, how about the ability to throw an accurate ball? Ability to read a defense? Poise in the pocket?

Actually UNC is a good spot for him. Not a bad place to spend your last year of college.

You do realize he spent more time in LSUs offense than his HS offense rt? You'd think after 4 years you can learn to run a diff offense.

Best of luck to Harris. There were several cupcake games his sophomore year that were excruciating to watch as he just didn't have the touch or ability against inferior defenses. Maybe the playbook was too complex, don't really know or understand that. Mettenberger is no scholar and I'd guess Harris is actually smarter than Mett. Hope Fedora can unleash his arm because he has a cannon. Just needs accuracy and to not prefer throwing the deep ball over the easier short/mid range routes.
