Our offense doesn't have 20 plays...

I'm sure it does... Just because we only run 8 plays doesn't mean there aren't more #SecretPlaybook

Wonder does he listen to Migos 'Just wait on it!'

Damn I can't wait for him to light it up next year.

Jennings had every opportunity not to be the worst passer in this decade. Les is coaching for his job so I imagine HARRIS will start.

not only Les, but Cam as well. Cam gets shown the door if we don't produce a respectable pass game.

This year we had 2118 yards 48% 17 TDs 9 ints

Respectable to me is 2600 yards 58% 20 TDs

add another 400 yards 5 TDs on the ground, and that is 3000 yards and 25 TDs from the QB spot.

How do you know this didn't happen and he still couldn't learn the plays to the satisfaction of LM/CC?

Occam's Razor. The simplest explanation is usually the correct one.

It's common knowledge by those close to the program and that see the practices. BH can't even effectively run the team in practice because he can't learn the plays.

He may be far superior to AJJ physically, but he aint playin until LM/CC feel confident he can run the offense.

That's why they're forced to use AJJ in a very simplified "1950's" Offense. He has superior work habits. Has nothing to do with "Mechanics" or superior physical talent. BH hasn't played because he's clueless in regards to the playbook. The Auburn game showed that and it plays out at practice every day. That's why LM/CC will not put him in. They see him in practice every day and know what he can and can't do.

He better get his arse in the film room and not come out except for meals and work outs..........

We just need someone to manage the game and not turn it over.

The most physically gifted QB to ever play at LSU, eventual #1 pick Jamarcus Russell, red shirted as a true freshman. Harris actually got a start.

Don't underestimate Les' stubbornness. The only way Harris plays is if Jennings is injured.

The QB job will remain "open" until the fall so that BH doesn't transfer during the summer. Gotta dangle that carrot as long as possible.

Again, Harris saw more pt in his first year than Jmarc, Flynn, Rp, JJ, Mett and AJ. Just not Lee.

Yep. Harris is the first true freshman since JJ in 2008, who has played this much at LSU. As a matter of fact, I can't remember the last time a true freshman LSU QB played more than Harris has right out of the gate.

With JJ, he played at the end because Lee got hurt. He did well enough against 14th ranked Ole Miss when Lee got hurt, so he started the next game. He did ok in that game (143 passing 2 TDs NO INTS for the first time all year, plus 50 yards rushing), so then they let him start the bowl game. He then did good despite having an 86 yard TD pass taken off his stat sheet for a bullshite penalty.

Harris did great against NMST, so he got his audition against Auburn. I have no doubt in my mind, that if Harris showed even the slightest bit of improvement or consistency over Jennings, or at least didn't look so damn way in over his head, that he would have gotten another shot against UF.

Harris overthrew so many passes, that he was begging to be pulled. He got Quinn decapitated, fumbled the snap, ran the wrong way on plays, and heard footsteps immediately after his drop backs. Was it wrong to completely leave him out of the game plan after that, hell yes it was, but what is done, is done.

Harris has the best physical tools that we have seen at LSU since Perriloux. This isn't JJ/Lee where they were pretty much even, just with different skill sets.

Harris just has to buy in to the system. If he puts in the work, it will show. As early as in in the Spring i think he shows that it is no contest. I've seen guys like that. Winston blew Coker away in their Spring game before his first year starting. As a matter of fact,
he had it pretty much locked up even before that. He was a redshirt freshman, Coker, a redshirt sophomore. On the other end, it might take him a little longer. Manziel couldn't beat out Jameil Showers (probably many of y'all are like "who"?) in Spring, nor Spring game. Yet he worked his arse off during the summer and beat him out during the Fall.

Harris isn't done, he hasn't even began.

I agree with every thing said here. The unknown here is will BH become the QB. Does he have the mentality to do it? If it doesn't happen in 2015, then it ain't.

He should be studying his play book or watching film instead of trying to rouse his followers on Facebook.

I think people are just tired of hearing so and so can't learn the playbook while we watch so and so who does know the playbook look like total shite. We went through this exact same thing when ZM got here. We can't play Mettenburger yet bc he doesn't know the playbook blah blah fricking blah. Brandon Harris doesnt know the playbook blah blah fricking blah. Yet every defenseive coordinator in the SEC knows our playbook like the back of their fricking hand. And across the country, 1st year guys are learning successful playbooks everyday. I'm tired of hearing about this unicorn playbook that no one seems to be able to learn.
