Diarse is ok as a slot guy, but I can't understand why they would try to plug him into Dupre's role. He's awful trying to catch downfield. Jazz needs to man that spot, and Diarse needs to be back in the only place he's effective.

I've been critical of the WRs not helping Harris (EMU game), but last night was NOT that time. That was all on Harris. He was inaccurate all night.

Harris vs UF was a great showing vs a good D. I don't know what happened... :/

His season was what you'd imagine for a typical sophomore (not Tebow, not Bradford, not Stafford, not McCoy) QB: ups and downs. I'd give him a C-/D+ for the year.

I think next year he might progress to a C or C+. If he's here as a senior, maybe he'll rise to a B or B-.

No doubt, I was joking around saying that the ball would have to jam into his face mask for him to catch it and a minute later one whizzed through his hands.

He regressed after Bama. I'm not ready to write him off. He showed his potential early in the year.

Yep. Last night was a bad bad day for #6. Couldn't hit the open man for shite. But he's a good qb and will be fun to watch next season.

That was a terrible pass. It was hard, high, and behind Diarse. That is a very hard catch to make.

Fournette had the only truly egregious drop of the night.

I can't really defend him in this game. Arguably his worst all year. Still not ready to say he's done. I think we'll see a big difference in his play next year.

I think he's just pressing mentally now. IMO, Harris looked really good up until Bama. He has a lot to work on and is still very raw but his natural talent is there. Needs to work on accuracy which has been his biggest issue all year, IMO. He's the only QB I've seen at LSU in awhile who could actually run a two minute drill too with clock management. Next year improve on reads, accuracy, pocket awareness and checkdowns he should be a fairly damn good QB. His progression from last year was pretty big so as long as he keeps developing I don't think we have anything to worry about.

Typical QB progession between sophomore and junior years is pretty significant. I think he'll be good next year.

He had so little p.t. last year that he's effectively a redshirt freshman.

I don't think he's regressing at all. He's the same QB as when he started. No progression. Missing the same throws all season. Opponents get tougher, pressure builds, and he folds. You can tell by his body language he has no clue how to break out a funk. Need to get Cam's arse on the sideline if he is going to be retained.

was disappointed in the receiver that missed the bounce pass.

I would hate to try and call plays for this offense. Very tough to call easier pass plays than a simple bootleg when you have no confidence that it can be executed. when your QB can't complete a pass to a wide open RB/TE that is less than 10 yards away what can an offensive coordinator do besides hand the ball off.

Best pass of the night was the swing to Fournette on the last drive- hope Chavis had visions of Yeldon.

are ranked 111th in passing yards per game right now. We finished 116th last year. If we try hard in the bowl game, I think we can match last year's ranking.

LSU is a running team and that is why most opponents crumble in the 2nd half of games.

the only dropped ball I saw that was clearly catchable was Fornette's. Harris was throwing hard balls way behind and way over the heads of just about every receiver.

That catch DeSean made was pretty tough, too.
