Just heard em say it on TV. Poor kid. And that offense was supposed to be perfect for him. Ohio State even wanted him out of high school. That's a head scratcher. I mean I knew he had accuracy issues but wow

Can't decide if he was always this way or his poor development here lead to a lack of confidence.

Either way, he ain't good.

Seems like he’s actually regressed somehow

My buddy called it from day one. His kid played at parkway. It was more about maturity then so I figured he'd grow out of it. And I'm sure he did. But someone close to Lsu program called him a mental midget. This was a few years ago. And I'm sure he's a good young man but it is what it is and football just hasn't wked out for him at the college level

He has a college degree and a great personality. The sky is the limit for him in the business world.

Good kid but not a good QB. Same thing I say about Etling. Harris has great physical tools but never could get the mental part. Etling a lot less physically gifted and struggles to read defenses and his hope and pray deep passes inflated his stats. They can’t all be superstars. Wish them both the best in whatever they do.

Feel for him, seems to be a good guy. Probably looks great in practice but reverts to old habits in games

Go back ten years and look at the top 10 QB’s each year coming out of HS. That’s 100 Kids and I bet you can only recognize 5-10% based off of their accomplishments in college. More kids turn out to be duds, rather than stars. Brandon Harris is no exception. The talent level in college is exponentially better and their physical skills won’t always overcome that fact.

And yet our staff concluded that he was the real deal. He was highly rated in general out of high school. We need better talent evaluaters, people who can project greatness.

Sounds like we weren't the only ones who called this one wrong.

That was the 2nd half of my point. ESPN rates half of every high school team in the country or something, I'm sure more of that is based on 3rd hand info that sucks.

I can remember people calling Terry Bradshaw a mental midget, a Retard and stuff like he wasn't smart enough to play pro ball or be a quarterback .
