Is this an admission that you want the baseball team to lose?

Is this statement wrong?

Of course it isn't. That was the point. You said posting facts was bashing and then you posted a fact that can be taking as negative towards Orgeron.

I said posting facts with the intent of casting negative light....there's a difference.

What other reason would someone post negative facts about a sitting coach...during the offseason....than to make them look bad?

go back in my post history.....that might be the first time I've compared Les's and O's records. You people are the ones constantly doing that.

An agenda behind posting facts doesn't change them. Running away and insulating yourself from facts doesn't change them. The facts surrounding O's career and his tenure are what they are, not sure why you're getting to bent out of shape over people posting verifiable information rather than pure conjecture.

Facts are that the LSU football program is in great shape.

Facts are the offense improved over the last third of the season

Facts are we are returning one of the more experienced squads in the country and should improve.

It's great to be a Tiger fan.

Im not getting bent. What is the purpose though of posting these facts day after day? Are these facts not common knowledge? Does it serve some purpose that I've missed? Because I'm all ears if so.

What you're trying to do is maybe make the casual lurker think less of O....thats all. You're not going to change the mind of the regulars on this site and you should have the sense to know that.

Its like the 6-year-old who constantly reminds his parents...its my birthday tomorrow....its my birthday tomorrow....its my birthday tomorrow. Everyone knows.

Absolutely. He's done far better than you anticipated.

Remember your thread wanting people to stop "normalizing" Orgeron?

Whats the matter dude, don't you like facts?

Give me a list of LSU QB's who have thrown for 1200 yards over 4 consecutive games, ever. Its not like we haven't ever played average to bad defensive teams before. BTW: UCF was a damn good defense in scoring D.

I'll wait.

So because the D's got worse later in the season, there's no possible way that out O got any better....you know....from repetition and practice? Gotcha

If this is the road you want to take, never tout the 2015 offense again.

McNeese FCS/Cancelled.

6 FBS programs in the winning streak ranked an average of 77.. The only decent defense in that streak was UF

this is pretty much what cherry picking is

the first half of the season we had an offense led by a qb that had only been on the team for a few months but lets ignore that fact

“ facts are facts”

The only thing I’m interested in is whether or not 35 games post a coaching change is there evidence of significant improvement in the LSU football program. If there isn’t, what’s so bad about discussing it on an LSU sports forum?

There is absolutely nothing new going on here that hasn’t been going on for years on the Rant.

Well, that argument destroys their stance that the 2015 offense was so damn good.

Average defensive rank in the 6 game winning streak was 77.

Mett did it in 2013.

264 vs. Kent State
229 vs. Auburn
372 @ Georgia
340 @ Mississippi State

1,205 yards in four games.

Average team defensive ranking of those teams: 59
Average of the four teams Burrow threw for 1200 against: 75

A season highly touted on here.

So what your saying is its a very short list that in over 100 years of LSU football we might have 2-3. .

Thanks for proving my point.

I feel like if O can’t win with the team he has coming up then he’ll never win. He’s exceeded my expectations but I’m not sure if I believe he’s peaked or if they’re about to start rolling.

If they lose 3 this season he has no excuses imo

This is the make or break. He’s put together a really talented group, can’t deny it. Now he has to do something with it.

I mean... sure. I'm sure after getting thoroughly embarrassed at home vs. Alabama they somehow magically turned it on with a week of practice and it didn't have anything to do with facing the 108 ranked D of Arkansas or the 112 ranked D of Rice.
