haha yeah right..First off Michigan in a BCS no way they only win 7 games. Three Sec teams no way, two highly possible.
Since when is the Capital One bowl a BCS game? Did I misread your post?

if i were an lsu fan i would definitely be happy with a cotton bowl berth against texas tech. thats very realistic and would mean a good season

i agree. i expect a 10-2 season. 9-3 i would not be disapointed either

I agree 9-3 and 10-2 is definitely a good outcome for us this year, but please, no cotton bowl. I had the worst experience around those Texas assholes when we played them back when Roy Williams was good. I still get a bitter taste because he destroyed us.
The stadium is awful. They need a new one.

unfortunately, 9-3 and 10-2 will probably both mean the same thing. i think auburn will put up the same sec record but beat yall, and get to the dome.

The only two teams playing in a later bowl than La Tech are UGA and OSU.

You have Illinois winning the Big 10?

Ohio State, Illinois, Penn State, Wsconsin, Michigan State, and maybe Northwestern finish higher than Michigan.
I have Michigan 8th, behind all those teams (except Northwestern, who I think will be 9th) and also Indiana and Purdue.

Are they going to start using the Cowboy stadium in Arlington? It would be a good way to get the cotton bowl to the respectable bowl it once was.

Looking at that I am more convinced that Tosu goes undefeated in the Big 10. They only lost one close league game last year and while they have gotten better everyone else got worse.
It Tosu beats USC pencil them in for Tempe...

Dead wrong. I'd say EVERY Big 10 team besides Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois is better than they were last year.
Plus, Stanford, Kentucky, Arkansas, Pitt, Illinois, Texas Tech, blah, blah, blah, you get the point.

3 SEC teams, 3 Big 12 teams and 0 Big East teams. Do you even follow college football?

At least 4 of those BCS teams will have 2-3 loses. Wisc, WV, USF, Clemson.

I think TTech would be a helluva matchup. Very scary for us. That high-powered offense is fun to watch and hard to slow down.
Sorry, no link.

After McNeill took over the Red Raider defense and turned it around, Tech finished first in various defensive categories in the Big 12 Conference. The Red Raiders finished with the best pass defense in the Big 12. In the final eight regular-season games, which were during McNeill's tenure, Tech finished first in total defense in the Big 12. Seven of those last eight games came against Big 12 opponents.
With McNeill as coordinator, the Red Raiders forced an average of 5.7 punts opposed to four to start the season. Tech also allowed fewer rushing and passing yards per game during the eight-game period, averaging 157.1 and 190.8, respectively.
"Ruffin took the reins of our defense and made it a more aggressive, successful unit than it had been," Leach said in a press release. "The players responded and played with enthusiasm the rest of the year. In nine games, Ruffin took our defense to the top of the Big 12 Conference rankings."

The worst part of the Cotton Bowl is that early arse start.
