And I'm not saying that they have let it go either, just that you can't claim you aren't the one that won't let it go when you clearly post in every single thread about it.

I can't say whether this is accurate or not, but you seem pretty confident.

How do you have knowledge of what happened?

Could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that is not admissible.

! I just don't understand why people keep slamming JJ!!!
And this i why people continue to defend him, because it over the top and extreme mostly.Defending him, not because they want him to be the QB, without earning the job at LSU, but defending, fairness. These are kids trying there best and try to do what the coaches tell them. But some don't care about nothing but what "they want" at all cost to somebody else. But this is

Okay, so you aren't the OP,
Nope. I don't start ANY of these threads about JJ. None of them.

They will not let it go.

but this describes you to a T:

So when someone says that a person that will not let it go describes you to a T, you're saying that person commented about themselves isn't denying it?

Ok troll, whatever lies you want to believe. Probably won't let it go though, just like you can't let the JJ thing go. It is why you must keep posting about it like it is your drug.

I kinda disagree... The reason(apparently) for the GJ is for the penatly of purjury. What does this mean? IMO, The DA has extremely conflicting eyewitness statements, meaning there's a lot of lying going on.

Lets see if they are willing to hold on to their stories when its their arse that is on the line.

thats how i see it. When eye witness is all you really have, i think its not a bad option.

reread what he posted....it wasn't posting in the threads, but his perception of my feelings toward JJ that eh said describes me. Go back and look, I'll wait.

Including them inthe discussion isn;t denying anything. Please show me where there was a denial, not where you "perceive" there was one, but one where I made a denial to posting in the threads.

Point still stands, only certain posters start these threads and they are all on one side of this coin.

That article is infuratingly vague. It says Jefferson will testify - and presumably he will advance his version of events - but nowhere does it state that the defense will actually get to adduce its own case, as it would in a trial on the merits. Further, the article doesn't specify whether or not Jefferson will testify under questioning from the prosecutor, the defense attorney, or both. Poorly written. I'm only familiar with federal grand juries, so this odd Louisiana procedure is alien to me.

Unglesby seems to think that he will get a chance to present his case.

It's unusual circumstances, but no aspect of this matter has followed the standard operating procedure.

Possibly not. However, this is what our DA is going to do. It takes it completely out of his hands. Now he won't look like the guy that went after the players or let them walk. It's a win win for him.
