He said what I think a lot of people feel. He didn't talk shite on Les. He just asked the questions of why he won't adjust like Saban did hiring Kiffin.
I'm not sure that the problem is Les or the OC. Last week LSU allowed Harris to open it up and throw the ball and he responded with a 270+ yard kind of night. I suspect that if he had had more confidence in Harris earlier in the season it might have been better, but looking at the Bama game, the O-line was outclassed and manhandled in all aspects run, pass it did not matter. But, I'm still seeing receivers screwing up left and right....maybe Michael Clayton or Josh Red is around BR and can help because Harris passes are there in the intermediate and long routes and he's not horrible on the short routes either. But the receivers despite all of their speed and talent are sill dropping balls and flubbing their routes.
Remember the video from last year where in practice Cameron was berating the receivers because they were dropping easy passes? Jennings was putting the ball where it needed to be but there were drops and Cameron basically said, if you can't catch then we are going to play 1950's ball.

Yeah, he didn't bash Miles and even said he would like Miles to stay, if he can make the needed changes on offense. I think most can agree with this, but most also believe Les is incapable of change. My personal opinion is he should get next year to see what he can do and what he changes. He's earned that much.

Maybe he has earned that, but we've been saying "let's see if he makes the changes next season" for years. It just doesn't happen.

So it doesn't piss you off to watch your favorite sports team get embarrassed and then listen to the coach talk nonsense. Not even a little

I get annoyed, sure. Then I go about my day.
It was your metaphor I found interesting, though.

The same meaningless nonsense. Over and over like he thinks that shits cute or something

I do not question Booger's expertise or motivations , but I do question him going on at least 2 national sports programs...Mike & Mike this morning....and saying all this negative crap about the program he loves. What was his point? All he accomplished was to make LSU look like a shite fire program, & you know this will be used in recruiting to crucify LSU. Airing LSU's dirty laundry in this fashion only serves to hurt LSU. It will certainly not put any pressure on J.A. to make any changes. While he was more than likely right, he could have used his standing, and all those other former players he quotes, to work behind the scenes to make happen what he publically proclaims on national tv.

What good is talent if you can't coach it correctly?

He is calling it like he sees it. Maybe if les could put a coherent offense in the field booger wouldn't have to say those things. I'm sure he doesn't enjoy it.

Yes, Booger had some quality, quality comments of high value , so then the impactful thoughts were, yes, insightful.

You don't think that has been used against Miles before? His blunders aren't a secret that has been kept to just LSU fans.

Booger did not have to "say those things" on national tv. That is my point. All he did was hurt LSU, calling it like it is or otherwise.
Posted on 11/20/15 at 2:07 pm to Keltic Tiger
so he should act like everything is ok at LSU right now and not comment?
Posted on 11/20/15 at 2:10 pm to Keltic Tiger
Do you really think that people don't already know the things McFarland said about LSU? It's not like he disclosed personal info about Miles. What hurts LSU, is for Miles to have those boys come out and lay an egg against Arkansas. That's what hurts LSU. And if the same thing happens tomorrow, God help us.

stating the truth doesn't hurt. what hurts is the truth itself, which is the product on the field and ugly process/ugly wins.
