often the 'coaches' poll' is not prepared by the head coach... this could be nebraska AD tom osbourne's ballot.

wouldn't surprise me if this is tom osbourne's ballot

Maybe that will end the fantasy love affair so many fans have for him.

Well I think Bo and Nebraska's payback is the Holiday bowl in a rematch against mighty Washington.

That's pretty impressive for the "#8" team in the nation.

Doubt it. When Nebraska was seemingly dominating the first quarter against the Sooners, the Bo for coach brigade was out in full force.

When they dominate and win against Washington, they will be back.

Exactly where did I hate LSU or the Saints you moron?

I said that Pelini's opinion is meaningless. This poll only matters if we are in the NC hunt. Otherwise it's just a glorified popularity contest.

Again, LSU had a great year and has shown at times to be a top 5 team and others not even a ranked team, but in the end 11-2 or 10-3 is a season to be proud of the team achieving.

So, yup, I must be showing hate cause I think geauxaddai is a retard for making a big deal about Pelini's vote.

At first it was LSU didn't deserve to be ranked higher because they didn't dominate their opponents. Now I am a retard for fussing about the rankings because it does not matter what former coaches think.

Personally your spelling and reading comprehension needs a lot of work.

Former LSU running backs coach Mike Haywood also voted LSU #15 as did Brian Kelly. I suspect that Kelly is retaliating for Miles voting Cincinnati #8 last year.

It's simple, Bo Pelini doesn't factor in the Texas A&M loss for Nebraska. He blames that on the officials.

Not at all. Your point is, well, pointless. LSU did not play like a top 10 team to many people this year. I think we are a very good team and could see us at #10, but if others see them differently, I'd understand. We never put together a complete game the entire season.

If LSU fans are that hung up over what other coaches think of them, then that's sad about our program. WHO GIVES A frick?

They should take the vote away from people like Harbaugh, Pellini, Dantonio (MI State) who voted their teams a few spots higher than anyone else for self promotion.

I give props to Spurrier, Beamer, Tressel for voting their teams in line with the poll even when a number of other voters made them much higher.

Kelly's poll is insane, TAMU at 11?

Also, those people out west from shite schools voting Nevada in the top 10?
