Not embarrassed at all..I guess I should have said in addition to BK’s failures and being overpaid, we’re paying our DC more than any other AC in CFB yet we aren’t even ranked. It’s the waste of money in totality I’m pointing out. Is that better for you?

Fair enough..I’m more or less pointing out all the money we’ve put out to get poor results and definitely not putting the blame on Baker but when our defense was the best, they did carry the team.

Lol we didn’t have Baker last year and the offense carried the team last year. If you’re talking about Mizzou, yes I know they finished 11-2. I watch plenty of CFB.

Hes drastically improved our defense but our offense has disappeared.

Dude get out of here with that shite. Sage Ryan and Major Burns are two of the most laughable D1 players I’ve ever seen. I don’t think Saban can even fix those two. Gilbert is right there with them and our LBs are too slow to contain anyone with any athleticism.

Yea LSU has a talent problem at the moment. A damn big one.

well how do you overcome #1, #2, #3, and #8? Stamps, Gilbert, Ryan, and Burns? They are all awful. What gets me is the Kelly was benching players for performance and effort, but Burns still trotted out on the field to start Saturday. As if no one seen his "bidness decision" to not tackle Milroe on a TD run.

We have a few 4 star safeties. You mean to tell me that none of them could be developed to be better than what they are and it’s all the players fault?! Lol I know 4/5 stars don’t always end up a true 4/5 star so save that BS.

The fact that the current safeties coach, Jake Olsen, has very little experience working with safeties, worked with the LB at Mizzou before coming back to LSU and was an analyst before getting fired from LSU tells me it’s more or less a coaching problem than a talent problem especially when we have a top 10 overall recruiting class!

Furthermore, even Weeks said in an interview after the Florida loss that half the defense thought they were running one play and the other half thought something else because there was a communication problem. Hmmmm Do you Fkn thing that maybe just maybe that’s a huge fkn problem that can effect overall player performance?!?!

Some of you LSU fans don’t know Jack shyt like you think but act arrogant as if your OPINION supercedes the Fkn FACTS!

Actually my above comment was more for you, and let me add…nah you need to get out of here with your dumb shyt of putting more blame on the players when the Safeties don’t even have a real Safeties coach!

Sorry my last comment was meant more for the dude that commented above your comment. The safeties are definitely the weakest link on defense but again when you don’t have a real safeties coach, how do you expect them to get truly developed?

In Baker’s defense, he’s trying to make chicken salad from chicken shite.
but isn't the highest paid DC in the country supposed to be able to do this?

I mean, any schlub can have a good defense if they have elite players.

It's what you can do without elite talent that's the true mark of a great coach.

As bad as we feel about it now, we are so much better than last year. We win the national championship last year with this defense.

does LSU have to get the high rated (paid) safeties coach too? Why does it seem like our coaching deficiencies are so much more glaring than other schools? We got the highest rated coach at every level of the D except secondary and of course that is what’s costing us games. Don’t even get me started on the offense. Just underperformance at every position. Do we have to go out pay each position coach on offense $1 mill each too for them not to suck? Other teams out there with “lesser” coaches making players of equal or less talent playing better football than LSU is right now. Why are we constantly overpaying just to get the same or a similar product on the field
