I eat at Cajun Steamer in Franklin, TN and it's really good. But again, since I only rarely get a chance to eat the real stuff any more, I don't know the difference between authentic and made in a foreign territory.

I thought Firebirds was pretty good. It is a chain, but it is a chain that we don't have here. It's right there in Hoover, so it's convenient to the Met.

Brixx Pizza is pretty good. Wood fired. Lots of beers on tap. Its in a strip mall but its still good.
