This has generated thousands, and likely hundreds of thousands, of dollars worth of publicity for LSU, Tigerdroppings, and the Devin White controversy.

The ad company wouldn't run something like that without LSUs permission right? Or is it up to the purchaser to verify everything is taken care of?

I thought I remember seeing Smalls mention that if we were using anything with LSU imagery or Devin's likeness, we would need express written permission from the school and/or Devin White before the billboards being able to go up.
For LSU's logo to be featured on a billboard makes me think the athletic dept may have gotten their own billboards. But then again, this one is a different billboard company so maybe they don't check that stuff. Smalls went thru Lamar

The design makes me think it isn't LSUs. They'd probably have something much cleaner. Unless they wanted to throw something up that wouldn't look like the school was doing it? But then again they could just not put up the LSU logo

I think we need to billboards in Baton Rouge next week that say: Welcome SEC Officials! Don’t screw this up! Or Welcome SEC Officials! The World is Watching! Or Welcome SEC Officials! Don’t Poke The Tiger! LOL!

Yes. About 95% of BR already knows what’s going on. In Birmingham people didn’t know the name and had to research- that’s publicity. Only makes sense to have it here if it’s coordinated on/around 11/3 which sure as hell won’t happen with the logo
