You think North Texas could hold UGA under 38 pts if they had our talent?

I think Mike Hunt would be a better fit than Dick Bumpass.

Coach Will Muschamp is the best defensive coordinator in the biz at this time

We need serious help at DC and it cant come soon enough. Its time to completely abandon this Pelini scheme and start over from scratch

I would love to have Muschamp back, but his next step is as a Head Coach.

Texas's defense is playing with less experience than we are but they are allowing less points against better offenses than we face.

muschamp please

..unfortunately, it is too late for that to happen!

yes, it was too late the second he left Baton Rouge for Miami. Coaches don't go backwards. That's not the nature of their business. And Jesus frick, you crybabies act like Saban and Muschamp are the only 2 capable coaches in college football.

Wasn't that the name of the next door neighbors in "A Christmas Story"?

The Bumpass' hounds ate the Christmas turkey?

i dont think the problem is the 2 DCs as much as it is the fact that we have co-DCs. one needs to be relegated to another role.

I'm not sure it's not the opposite. What if Mallory and Peveto just suck arse and it's not necessarily the system? I agree that having 1 person be accountable is ideal, but maybe these 2 just aren't good coaches.

I have a pair of dirty socks that would do a better job. And they would work for free. Or maybe just a trip through the washer and dryer.

Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of Miles on this one. He made a BAD choice but I doubt he changes it after only 1 season.

He will probably give them atleast another season at the helms out of loyalty. Remember, he thinks that Danny McCray is good in coverage.

We lost more than we realized when Muschamp left.

No, it's not how many. It's who they are. Malveto is the worst defensive coordinator in the history of football.

He doesn't have a whole season. If they're still here next week, he's on the hotseat going into next year. If they're still here next year, he's fired.
